ADDITIONAL CHARGES

• ₹100 return charge will apply for all returns.
• ₹100 exchange charge will apply for all exchanges.
• Important: If a COUPON CODE is used, returns will not be accepted.

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer easy returns and exchanges under the conditions below.

ELIGIBILITY

• Return or exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.

CHARGES

• A nominal charge of ₹100 per return or exchange applies to cover logistics costs.

REFUNDS

• No refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• All refunds are provided only as Store Credit (Coupon Code).
• Store Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

EXCLUSIONS

• Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Products purchased using discount or coupon codes are not eligible for return or exchange.

SELF-SHIP (IF REVERSE PICKUP IS UNAVAILABLE)

If reverse pickup is not serviceable at your PIN code:

• Customers may self-ship the product.
• The return address will be shared via email.
• Please share tracking details and courier receipt for faster processing.

RETURN PROCESS

1. Submit a return request on our website.
2. Reverse pickup will be arranged within 3–4 business days.
3. After quality check, store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.

EXCHANGES

At Bollyclues, we strive to deliver the perfect fit and premium quality. If the size doesn’t fit, we offer a hassle-free exchange.

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

• Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery using the order number.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
• Products purchased during clearance sales are not eligible for exchange.

IMPORTANT RULE

Exchange is allowed only once per order.
Second exchange requests for the same order will not be accepted.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

1. Submit an exchange request on the website (Raise Return Request).
2. Reverse pickup will be arranged within 3–4 days.
3. Hand over the product with tags intact to the pickup agent.

• Used or improper returns will be rejected.

1. After pickup, a Coupon Code (excluding COD charges) will be shared via email within 24 hours.
2. Use this coupon code to place a fresh order for a new size or another product.
3. The new product will be shipped within 48 hours after pickup.
4. Updates will be shared via email and WhatsApp.

UNSERVICEABLE PIN CODES / SELF-SHIP

If your PIN code is not serviceable by our courier partner:

• You may self-ship the product to the address below.
• Our return courier partner is Delhivery.
• Once the product is received and inspected, the exchange or refund process will be initiated.
